    Totally! My form was definitely shady in the first couple rounds, but you reminded me and I can see the improvement in the last set recorded! My burpees also improved during the end!

    Don’t rush…remember…Mechanics, consistency and then intensity. Clean it up for better results. I don’t want good technique to be mean, I want it because it’s efficient.

    Thursdays workout consisted of rowing six sets. This is because I totally forgot to bring my running shoes. I though that I could row 300 meters at the highest level under a minute each time. However I only managed to do this 4/6 times.

    5 rounds “Nancy” 400 followed by 15 Overhead squats.
