Hey Crossfitters!

Check out this awesome competition coming up on Septermber 25th. The CrossFit Frogman Challenge is a competition for CrossFit athletes who would like to take their traditional training and apply it in and out of water. Our competition will add an element which hasn’t been used or seen in any other competition. Competitors anaerobic capabilities will be tested. This event promises to break new ground, challenge athletes, and definitely be a whole lot of fun!

Next Level Invitational:

The qualifying wods are going on now through August 5th. Registration opens 8-6-11. But you must participate in the qualifying wods in order to register. This will be a series of three events total, first event is 9-10-11.

This event is a two day event and will take place January 14 &15th. There are three different categories, Intermediate, Elite and Master’s.
