Disappointed in my press, I should be able to do more than that. My DL felt pretty easy, shoulda gone heavier.

When I injured my knee back in July I thought I could have a speedy recovery, better said, I wished I could. And even though I did everything in my power to get better soon, never in my wildest dreams I imagined myself hitting this kind of numbers 6 months later. Will, Katy, thank you.

Still learning the basics on all these lifts so I feel ok with the numbers. However, it does seem disproportionate that my press is just slightly lower than my squat. My third attempt on the dead lift felt easy, I should have gone heavier.
