    You don’t need that crap, Renee. Think about all of the processing that doughnut had to go through to be made. And about the effect the toxins from the processing will have on your body. Not to mention the crash you’ll experience after that sugar high wears off. Make some paleo brownies this weekend. That’s what I’m going to do. Who needs doughnuts when you can have brownies, right? You can do this. Be strong! (I’ve seen your pictures. You’re definitely not a weakling.)

    I’m having a cheat meal tomorrow, I have been waiting all week for it. Why is this so dang hard!!! On the bright side we are close to having one week behind us:)!
